Although www.SRMIproperties.com has been built around featuring our regional sales and rental listings, Signature Realty & Management, Inc. is a full-service real estate and property management firm. We have faithfully served the Metro Jacksonville and First Coast regions of Florida since 1995. We deeply understand the local real estate market and find ways to help our clients thrive in any market conditions.

Full-Service Property Management Solutions

Current and recent real estate market conditions have created a high demand for quality rental properties in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine regions. Florida’s First Coast has been just as affected as the rest of the country when the “Great Recession” struck. Today, there are just as many people who are renting because they WANT to as there are those who are renting because conditions have forced them to. However, many local rental property owners have discovered that being a landlord is a lot harder in practice than it is in theory. Tenant-Screening and Placement Only

Not every rental property owner is daunted by the tasks and title of landlord. However, they acknowledge that sometimes it pays to delegate certain time-intensive tasks rather than try to “do it yourself” or fail to do it altogether. At the root of many tenant troubles, you’ll find that not enough attention was dedicated to tenant screening, verification, deposits, and placement. If you’re too busy dealing with other priorities, we can handle this portion of the task for you while leaving the remainder of the property management process up to you. We spend thousands of dollars each year on high-traffic and trusted sources of local tenants and have developed a thorough process of tenant screening that covers rental histories, work histories, reference checks, and background checks. We also offer lawyer-approved leases that meet the stringent requirements of Florida leasing laws.

 

Community Association Management

Condominium and Homeowners Associations have a number of great amenities and perks to offer not only the homeowners who live there, but also to those who rent those homes.
