Local real estate market conditions have improved quite a bit and there are few indications that this trend will be slowing down in the very near future.

To browse through our Signature Realty and Management sales listings for Jacksonville real estate and St. Augustine real estate, simply go to our Home Page (www.srmiproperties.com) and click on the “View Our Sales Listings” tab over the right hand side of the page, below the search box and above the tab that reads “Visit Our Main Site.”

Even with the uptick in home sales in the metro Jacksonville real estate market, it is still a “Renters Market.” This means that many of the homes that are being purchased aren’t being purchased for owner occupancy, but are instead being purchased as rental income investment properties.

Search ALL Sales in the Metro Jacksonville Area

Although we hope that you will find your perfect home or rental in our Signature Realty and Management properties, we also understand that as a prospective buyer or renter, you have a very specific understanding of what you are looking for in your next home. Fortunately, we have designed a search function that allows you to find exactly what you’re looking for, no matter which real estate office “holds” the listing.

This means instead of looking at about 50 potential properties, you can look at thousands of them.

To use our full MLS search, all you have to do is use our “Quick Home Search” function, right on the Home Page at www.srmiproperties.com.

In the first box, type in your desired city or zip code. Then, further hone your search by supplying additional details like a minimum and/or a maximum price, desired number of bedrooms or desired number of bathrooms. Then, click “Search” to see your results.

You can have a more specific search performed by clicking the “Advanced Searches” hyperlink underneath the “Search” button inside of the Quick Home Search application.

Search by Region, Neighborhood or Area

Sometimes, finding the perfect home is about more than bottom line price. Sometimes, people buy or rent a home for the community or neighborhood, and not just because of the financial aspect of the move.

If you are looking to buy or rent in a specific area (for example, Fort Caroline or off of Baymeadows) we recommend that you use our “Search Properties by Area” tool at the bottom right corner of the home page at www.srmiproperties.com. Here, instead of using minimum prices or room counts, your search is performed with geography as the primary criteria.

You can also scroll down to the bottom of the home page and over to the left, you’ll see a list of neighborhoods listed under the “Areas Served” heading. If you see the specific neighborhood or area that you are looking for in this list, simply click the hyperlink and it will take you to all available homes on the Northeast Florida MLS in that geographic area.

If you are not on the www.srmiproperties.com Home Page and want to perform a search, simply click on the “Find a Home” tab in the top menu and make your selection from the drop down menu that is available.

Returning to the Signature Properties Home Page

If at any time in your navigation you would like to return to the www.srmiproperties.com Home Page, you can either click on the Home Page button in the upper menu bar or you can click on the Signature Realty & Management logo in the top right hand corner of every page.

Returning to the Main Property Management Website

If you would like to transition from the www.srmiproperties.com website back to our main Property Management site at www.signaturerealtymanagement.com, you can click back to the SRMI Properties Home Page and on the right hand side you’ll find a button that says “Visit Our Main Site.”
