At Signature Realty & Management we maintain a comprehensive vendor list to assist owners, tenants, and associations with their maintenance needs. We accept vendors after receiving the necessary information detailed below.
The first step is to obtain a recommendation from one of our Signature Realty & Management agents. If you have not worked with one of our agents, please provide at least 3 references from clients who have recently used your services so we can verify your work ethic and customer service level.
You are welcome to visit any of our office locations to introduce your services. Go to the "Offices/Agents" section of our website for locations.
In addition to receiving recommendations, we will also need the following documents to get you on our Preferred Vendor's list:
Send your completed Vendor Application packet by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- A copy of your business license; business tax receipt.
- A copy of your state license, if applicable.
- A copy of your liability insurance.
- A copy of your worker's comp insurance or exemption.
- A filled-out copy of our vendor/broker agreement (download it at the top right of this page)
- A filled-out copy of a W-9 (download it here)
- A recommendation from one of our agents or a list of 3 professional references, including phone numbers and names
