At Signature Realty & Management, we recognize that many of our tenants are leasing a home for now while they save or restructure their finances so they can purchase their own home or investment in the future. Although we are the Property Managers for the home you are or will soon be leasing, we are Realtors first. We understand all aspects of real estate, including helping our tenants buy their next home or investment.

• We are uniquely qualified to position you to get home or investment loan pre-qualified in advance, and for a low down payment, low interest home loan or investment financing terms (YES, making timely rent payments will count toward pre-qualification).
• We can advise you in choosing the right loan program to fit your needs, refer you to the best sources of financing offering low down payments and great rates!
• Once we have you qualified, we will go to work searching for the dream home or investment property that meets your wishes and desires. You are not limited to Signature Realty & Management, Inc. inventory - we'll search the whole MLS for you!
  
• When you are ready to make an offer to buy we will negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible price and terms.
• When we have your offer accepted we will guide you through the confusing process step by step with your inspections, appraisals, title insurance and clearing lender conditions to close the sale with you in a timely manner.

The best part is you owe us nothing for our home or investment buyer services. No real estate commission, no transaction fees that the big boys charge, not a dime! In fact, we want to show you our appreciation for leasing one of our properties and using our Realtor® licensed agents to assist you with your home purchase by gifting to you a generous cash rental rebate towards your purchase. This rental rebate will be applied to your closing cost or other terms of your contract first if allowable, and if there is any rebate remaining we will reward you with a check for cash after closing (there is some fine print, so contact your Property Manager for the specifics). The amount of your rental rebate grows based on the length of time you've leased through us and the final purchase price of your new home or investment. In most cases you could receive valuable credit for both!

There are also additional incentives that are being offered is you partner with one of the following lenders who have also created further incentives for you to buy, over and above those that Signature is offering. Current partnering lenders include:
